Rescued a stalled procurement process for a high-end, multi-tower development where negotiations with the preferred Contractor had collapsed. Reset commercial expectations, rebalanced risk allocation around an evolving design, and structured a bespoke contract that enabled early construction start in parallel with evolving package designs.

Financial Close Support – 20m sq. ft Luxury Residential Scheme

Represented Contractor through funding negotiations with lenders, insurers and legal advisors on a mega-scale residential development. Delivered a funder-acceptable execution and risk package for Financial Close, subject to parent undertakings.

Restructuring – Stalled 39/F Office Tower

Led the turnaround of a stalled office tower using escrowed assets and unsold units as PIK consideration. Negotiated a revised Financial Close involving the Developer, Municipality, Consultants, Contractor and supply chain, allowing construction to restart and stakeholder positions to be preserved.

Resolved a termination scenario on a stalled Mall / Offices project. Pivoted within 6 weeks from termination preparations to an Owner-requested reset of price and completion terms.

Led a technical review to depose alleged post-fabrication defects that had stalled installation. Reframed the technical and contractual narrative to unlock payments. Initiated arbitration proceedings against Owner to promote reality-check and settlement.

Developed and prosecuted a conformance and safety-based enforcement strategy to support recovery of outstanding payments on a large-scale wind project, shifting leverage decisively in favour of fabrication Contractor.

Conducted root-cause analysis of late instrumentation changes to control facilities. Used findings to reframe responsibility for cost and schedule overruns, and established regulatory grounds to withhold product, resulting in a commercial settlement.

Developed a contractual position around Owner scope changes, positioning the EPC Contractor to renegotiate the project Price, Schedule and Performance specifications.
