Mike Fallon
Director

Mike Fallon

Mike qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995, and has been based in Hong Kong / Middle East since then, specializing since 2008 in the restructuring and turnaround of distressed infrastructure, energy and complex real-asset projects.

He advises funders, owners, family offices and lead restructuring firms on time-critical special situations where early clarity materially affects outcomes.

Mike is known for rapidly establishing what actually went wrong – technically, commercially and contractually – and translating asset reality into practical restructuring, enforcement, recovery or exit strategies.

With over 30 years’ experience spanning project-site delivery, senior EPC roles and specialist turnaround assignments, Mike brings a rare combination of execution insight and commercial judgement to complex distressed assets.
